Definitions of Wafers

Si Wafer (Prime Grade) : This is the highest grade of Silicon wafers with purity >11N.
Si Wafer (Dummy Grade) : Epi-polished surface, low requirements on resistivity, orientation etc.
Si Wafer (Solar Grade) : P-Type, single or poly crystalline.
